Translation services in support of marketing and international business culture.

On-line translation is our core business. We can be your language department, with all the in-house characteristics you need, supplying real-time responses to your problems. Solid, reliable support as you enter or consolidate your position in foreign markets.
We have been able to develop and create management applications to administer our activities, resources and client base. These are integrated into the Web by a B2B platform. This structure allows us to automate the total work cycle and to operate all day, every day—in real time.

How we work:

PRELIMINARY PHASE

  • In-depth analysis of request, with instant assessment of feasibility, costs and completion time
  • Translators can be chosen in advance on the basis of a preliminary test.
  • A personalised service is ensured by working with terminology supplied by the client, including the use of translation tools such as Trados.

DELIVERY PHASE

  • The work is entrusted to native-speaker translators specialising in the relevant field. Many of our professional translators work directly in their country of origin, thus avoiding the linguistic interference that can affect foreign translators who have been resident in Italy for many years.
  • Thanks to the internet, this process is rapid enough to respond to the most urgent requests.
  • Before the work is delivered to the client, it is thoroughly checked internally. For less common languages, the client can request that each translator be assisted by a reviser, in order to ensure an exemplary job.
  • If requested, we can send around 20% of the total translation in advance, allowing the client to check the work in progress and the translator to take into account any suggestions made.

CONCLUDING PHASE

  • Once the work has been delivered, the client can check that the translation meets the required standard. Subsequent revisions can be made if necessary, included in the original price, to modify the style and lay-out of the work and adjust it to the client’s requirements.
